Valentine's Day is on the way...

Well , it's been quite a while since my last post.  Since tomorrow is the first of February- Valentine's day is in the air.  We've been thinking along those lines for a couple weeks now as I began making Valentines with my girls. I got so excited about the results that I made a bunch and they became the first item I listed on Etsy.  I am so excited that they have sold and the recipient replied that they have arrived and that she likes them!  Aren't they cute?  Happy Valentines Day to all!

Baby Shower Invitations...

  I was recently asked if I had any baby shower invitations, to which I quickly responded... "sure I do!"  So here are 2 cards in numerous colors that would serve very well for a baby shower.

So my middle daughter turned 6 at the end of the summer, but with a vacation and the start of school we did not have a friend party.  So she has anxiously been awaiting the time of her party and well...  the date has been set and the invites are made!  And I am quite fond of them.  Take a look!

Grateful...

I'm so grateful to a new friend for her encouragement to keep blogging.  This is a good time to post pictures of the first wedding invites I was commissioned to create since this is the week of the wedding!  I am so grateful to my friend for her willingness to allow me to design and make her invitations.  I so enjoyed the process and would love another opportunity to do so again.  Although I pray showers of blessings for my friend on her special day, I am praying that the showers of rain will cease.

Something New...

I never really pictured myself as being a blogger.  I guess I wasn't sure I wanted to really "live out loud" so-to-speak.  However, about a year and a half ago I began to make cards using a Cuttlebug and as a result started to search the web for new ideas and techniques.  So many talented individuals shared their talents and ideas through their blogs.  And so I decided that I too wanted to share.  Isn't it said "It's more blessed to give than to recieve."?  So it's my turn to give...  I hope you enjoy what you see.
